This is the most educated wig Boutique I have ever been to. I drove all the way from San Antonio to get my head measured and was impressed to know that the staff really cared about my concerns. They offered privacy which is a huge issue for me since I lost my hair from alopecia back in 2007. I have always had sensitivity to others looking at me but these ladis made me feel comfortable. The owner is very hospitable and caring. Although they didn't have my exact wig in stock, they actually contacted theier other location and had a unit brought over to me. I am really impressed with the level of professionalism.

Wonderful experience! Friendly Staff, very cheerful atmosphere and a lot of wigs to choose from. The owner is a sweetheart, she made sure I was comfortable and even held my baby while I was getting my unit applied. This place is just beautiful from inside and outside. I wish I knew about them before going to some other places that only waisted my time and I still left with little to no information on what they really had to offer.

All I can say is WOW! I was happy to see a large variety of wigs to select from. I've been to 2 other shops that did so much advertising but when I got there, they only had 3 dusty wigs to choose from. My Trendy Place actually has literally hundreds of wigs IN STOCK! I tried on 5 different wigs and ended up buying 2! These ladies are serious when it comes to the lace wigs. NO False Advertising over there. The place is very clean and inviting, professional and upscale.

What a great experience I had! Thank you for the best wig application I have ever had. After being traumatized from a horrible lace wig experience last year I had given up on lace wigs in Houston. I'm from LA and have never met anyone that can apply wigs properly without ripping out my hairline. Once I heard about your seamless, glueless application I had to visit. My experience at this wig salon made the difference.

I am so Happy I found YOU!
I have been a lace front lady for three years and before now I purchased my lace fronts from a speciality wig shop in Houston. Everytime I ordered a unit the owner had to guess the color of my current lace. I would pay $800++ for my special order unit and everytime my hair would be a different color. I knew there had to be another option. I was surfing the web one day and came across "My Trendy Place" . I with meet Lisa for my appointment, who was very professional and knowledgable about her product, she took my measurements and matched the color to my current lace. The hardest part of the process was waiting 4 to 6 weeks for my unit to arrive. When I picked up my unit it was the perfect color, lenght and volumn. I've had my lace for 1 month and it has NOT shown any major signs of shedding like my previous $800 lace wig did and I paid half the price. My appointment happened to fall on one of your busiest days when you had lots of customers all at once. The way you handled each prospect was no different from the way you handled your customers. I have been other places where they really don't care about their customers like you do. I have studied the way you operate your business and it is very professional, from the way the phone is answered, the amenities you offer, your beautiful restroom, the refereshments and little gifts you always seem to give every month. I must say that I'm impressed with what you have done. When I first came to your place when you were in salon park 2 yrs ago, the quality of the hair I bought was not so great. I was skeptical about coming back but I thought I would give you another chance and I am so happy I did. This Mona Lisa Yaki hair is the greatest I have ever seen. It's been 2 months now and the texture is still the same, I've had it washed and set 4 times and it looks even better each time. Oh My Goodness! I bought a wig from Jazzy Girls and wore it only twice and it started to SHED and MATT up TERRIBLY!!! The owner said it was Malaysian hair and that I must have done something to it. After coming to you guys I now SEE the difference in QUALITY!!!! They RIPPED ME off and sold me some CHEAP wig and passed it off like it was Malaysian. The way you applied my wig is so different from what they did to me. I had to wait FOREVER for an appointment and they were and hour and a half late!!

The ad I saw about Jazzy Girls claimed to have done soo many celebrities, YEAHA RIGHT!! They are self made celebrities. I am so mad that I spent my money there and ended up finding your place a few weeks later. You guys are MUCH BETTER than them, their sinks and salon chairs are HORRID! I have reported them to Texas Cosmetology Board for a number of UNSANTITARY REASONS. Their wigs are CHEAP and NOT MALAYSIAN, I WILL STAND OUTSIDE OF THEIR SHOP AND TELL THE WORLD TO COME TO MY TRENDY PLACE, HIGH QUALITY WIGS, Great APPLICATION, Friendly, EDUCATED Staff, BEAUTIFUL UPSCALE ATMOSPHERE!

I am regretting that I found your place AFTER buying a CHEAP wig from Elite wigs. I don't like putting other places on blast but the wig I bought from there was HORRIBLE. I should have known it was a scam when they refused to let me try it on first. The hair has matted up like dread locks in the back after washing it only 2 times!!!!

I can only say that you get what you pay for. The wig I just purchased from you is PERFECT. So far it has been 3 weeks and I have not had any problems. I sure hope the world sees this post about that company that sells dry rotted wigs. But thank you for the great customer service and knowledge you provided me with.

Can you tell me the name of the product you used in my hair? I looked in the mirror after taking my wig off and saw how much it grew. I was shocked because I tried Dr. Miracles before and it never worked like this one did. My edges are growing back from being ripped out from quick weave and my last lace wig I bought on Bissonett. My mom wants to try it to, I don't see it on your website, what is the name of it and where can I buy it in Dallas?

Everytime I come to your place I am greeted by your lovely staff. You are doing a great job and will be blessed for your kindness. By the way, I love my wig but I let someone else cut and style it. Believe me, I should have let you ladies do it as advertised. Is there any way you can correct the cut for me?
