Purchasing a Full Lace Wig can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We strive for excellence when selling to all of our customers and want everyone to be happy with their purchase.
We offer several tutorials on how to measure and how to properly apply, clean and remove your lace wig. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut. All sales are final due to hygienic reasons.
All wigs are accurately represented in the photos to represent their true form. Please note that most of the photos are of our stock wigs that were purchased by customers and have been cut, styled and framed to each individual client’s face shape.
All lay-away units will be placed back into inventory if not paid or picked up within 45 days from date of layaway. (no exceptions)
Hair accessory products, such as tape, adhesives, removers, shampoos, conditioners and other hair care products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Please be sure to measure carefully as All Sales Are Final.
